What counts as a message?

A message is a single publish event, regardless of payload size up to 256KB. Unlike some providers, we don't split messages into chunks or count deliveries separately.

What counts as a connection?

A connection is an active WebSocket connection. Each browser tab, mobile app, or IoT device counts as one. Multiple channel subscriptions on the same connection don't add to your count.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. We don't cut off service unexpectedly - we'll work with you to find the right plan or adjust usage.

Why are your limits lower than some competitors?
